CONTROLLER OF CERTIFICATION  AUTHORITIES (CCA) APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 9(1) OF ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS (CERTIFICATION AUTHORITIES) REGULATIONS 2010

The Information and Communication Technologies Authority, in the exercise of its function as the Controller of Certification Authorities under Section 18(1)(z) of the Information and Communication Technologies Act 2001 (as amended), hereby gives public notice, in accordance with Section 11(1) of the Electronic Transactions (Certification Authorities) Regulations 2010, that it has received a new application for:

Recognition of foreign certification authority to issue certificates in Mauritius
